SHARE renovates classrooms in schools, transforming them into school libraries and a safe location to hold the SHARE programs for girls.

Dilapidated classrooms are first donated by the school. SHARE then hires local carpenters to repair the classrooms. This includes installing ceilings and secure doors with locks, adding glass to the windows, painting the walls and furniture, and making general classsroom repairs.
For several summers American volunteers have worked side by side with the local townspeople to make the renovations. SHARE also employs village craftsmen to build sturdy bookshelves, school desks, tables, and chairs. When the rooms are complete, SHARE equips them with books and school supplies.
The new libraries benefit the entire school population during the school day, and they host the SHARE programs for girls after school hours.
